Portraits for NHS Heroes Book_edited My portrait of 'Sam & Harriet' was selected and featured in 'Portraits for NHS Heroes' initiated by Artist Tom Croft. The idea was for artists to paint a free portrait to key workers during the Covid Pandemic. Thousands of artists took part with a limited number of portraits being selected for this beautiful book published by Bloomsbury. Its a dedication to all NHS Heroes by chosen artists across the UK. All royalties from the sale of each book, will be paid to NHS Charities Together.

A Portrait of Sam & Harriet Sam and Harriet are best friends and swimming buddies. Sam (Senior Sister) mentored Harriet in the high dependency unit then during the pandemic built her up into an intensive care nurse. This painting represents their last shift together ay Luton & Dunstable Hospital. This portrait reflects what the NHS is all about. Acrylic on Canvas 12 x 16 inches. This portrait was featured in 'Portraits for NHS Heroes Book' by Bloomsbury and Online Exhibition Google & Arts Culture ( See publications Page).

A Portrait of Stevie This was my first portrait for NHS heroes. During the pandemic, Stevie was a maternity support worker at Heartlands Hospital Birmingham. Acrylic on Canvas 12 x 16 inches. This portrait was featured on the cover of a Special Edition of Artist & Illustrators Magazine alongside leading artists.

A Portrait of Criss This was my second Portrait for NHS Heroes. Criss is HCA (Health Care Worker) working on Cashes Green Ward at Stroud General Hospital. Acrylic on Canvas 9 x 12 inches.
